The AAT7103 series are fast-transient-response low dropout linear regulators. The device provides 300mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 220mV. The supply current at no-load is 200µA. A thermal shutdown protection circuit is built-in in the AAT7103. The AAT7103 regulators are stable with output capacitors as low as 1µF. In addition, the devices are available in 0.8V to 1.8V with 0.1V per step, 2.5V, 2.7V, 3.0V and 3.3V of fixed output voltage. The AAT7103 can come in 3-pin SOT23-3, SOT89-3L, SOT223, TO92-3L, TO252-3L and SC70-3L package. The AAT7103 can come in 5-pin SOT23-5.
