General Description
The AAT7320 is a 3A 15V Synchronous DC/DC voltage mode converter controller that provides an integrated one-channel PWM solution for the DC/DC power supply.
The AAT7320 have a internal fix soft-start time 4ms pin to offer the flexibility to prevent inrush current and output overshoot.
Fault protection including Programmable Short Circuit Current by setting RCOMP and thermal shutdown.
