General Description
The AAT7304 is a 3A 15V step-down DC/DC converter that provides an integrated one-channel PWM solution for the DC/DC power supply.
Current mode operation provides fast transient response and easy phase compensation.
The AAT7304 have a soft-start pin to offer the flexibility to tailor-make the start-up output voltage ramp prevent inrush current and output overshoot.
Fault protection including thermal shutdown and over current protection.
